Job summary

J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator II to support the recruiting team across business units. You will engage non-driver leads, maintain candidate pipelines, and help manage relationships from initial contact through hiring.

Under supervision, you’ll ensure CRM accuracy, assist with event coordination, and contribute to a compliant, high‑performance recruiting process. This role emphasizes communication, multitasking, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 6+ months related experience or military equivalent.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience coordinating events and logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage non-driver leads from ATS, CRM and internet resources by cold calling, email, chat, SMS, campaigns or other systems.
• Maintain contact with leads, applicants, and candidates for opportunities.
• Build relationships with potential candidates and gauge interest throughout hiring process.
• Follow up with prospects and invite them to apply or answer questions about J.B. Hunt.
• Screen, assess and refer candidates to appropriate positions.
• Partner with recruiters and TA leadership to understand hiring needs.
• Ensure CRM and Recruiters are updated in real time on candidate activity.
• Support duties with compliance and equal employment opportunity principles.
• Assist with other duties as needed.
