J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator I to support recruiting efforts for hourly and salaried non-exempt roles. The role entails end-to-end recruitment coordination within a given business unit, under close supervision.

The successful candidate will assist with travel scheduling, pre-employment screenings, candidate communications, and day-to-day recruiting support, contributing to a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 6+ months of related experience.
• 1-2 years of related experience, education, and training preferred.
• Experience coordinating events and managing logistics.
• Experience in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting coordination tasks across high-volume and complex projects.
• Apply policies and guidelines with sound judgment.
• Schedule and coordinate travel for candidates.
• Inform applicants of position details and status.
• Initiate and facilitate pre-employment processes (background & drug screening).
• Schedule orientation and prepare new hires for their first day.
• Provide other recruiting support as needed.
