Job summary

J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer II to strategically source, solicit, and screen candidates for multiple positions and talent pools.

You will build talent networks, engage passive candidates, and maintain a robust pipeline in collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers. The role focuses on developing sourcing strategies, leveraging various platforms, and delivering qualified candidates to hiring teams within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 3+ years of related experience.
• Bachelor degree preferred with 3–5 years of recruiting experience.
• Experience with MS Office and ATS is favored.

Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and requirements for positions.
• Utilize sourcing platforms and campaigns to contact and screen candidates; build diverse talent pools.
• Proactively build and maintain a candidate pipeline using best-sourcing practices.
• Follow up with prospects and invite them to apply or answer questions about J.B. Hunt.
• Screen, assess, and refer candidates to appropriate positions; maintain candidate records.
• Generate recruiting reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
