Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with one year clerical/office administrative experience.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent with two years clerical/office administrative experience.
• HR experience preferred.
• Higher education experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance for hiring Tulane University personnel.
• Initiate and track background checks to comply with federal and Louisiana state laws.
• Provide stellar customer service to enhance the candidate experience.
• Stay abreast of local, state, and federal hiring regulations.
• Perform a variety of administrative duties.
