Job summary

KREWE is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support the Talent Acquisition team from New Orleans. You will manage candidate logistics, maintain recruitment databases, and ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in recruiting coordination, strong organizational and communication skills, and comfort with Rippling and ATS platforms. This role prioritizes collaboration and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, HR, or similar role.
• Experience working with an ATS; Rippling experience is a plus.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a professional, candidate-focused approach.
• Proactive and able to follow up with candidates, managers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own interview scheduling and coordination between candidates, hiring managers, and Head of Recruitment.
• Own full lifecycle recruitment for associate and management levels as capacity allows.
• Serve as primary contact for candidates to ensure timely communication and positive experience.
• Keep Head of Recruitment informed of updates, delays, feedback and next steps.
• Manage Rippling administration: reviewing applications, updating profiles, moving candidates through stages, maintaining statuses.
• Ensure candidate profiles include resumes, scorecards, interview notes, references, projects, portfolios, and links.
• Post, update and close jobs in Rippling and other channels.
