Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or an administrative/customer service role in a high volume environment.
• Proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel; strong typing and accuracy.
• Experience using Workday or similar Applicant Tracking System is preferred.
• Ability to promote Trinity Health values and maintain a collaborative culture.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide recruitment coordination support including applicant tracking, assessment review, pre-screening, and sourcing diverse candidates for entry-level or high-volume roles.
• Coordinate with HRSC Candidate Support and follow up with candidates on status and outcomes.
• Schedule interviews, health screens, travel logistics, and orientation events.
• Coordinate onboarding tasks on-site (fingerprinting, I-9, badge photos) with Shared Services.
• Prepare regular reports on recruitment and selection activities and manage event calendars.
