The role screens applicants, coordinates schedules, and ensures clear communication of job details, compensation, and advancement opportunities.

The role emphasizes collaboration with hiring managers to present strong candidate profiles, engage candidates through the process, and manage offer letters and onboarding touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Requires Associates Degree or 1–2 years of related experience.
• Experience with HRIS and vendor systems is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs is expected.

Responsibilities

• Assess the qualifications of applicants for numerous positions within the area by conducting initial application/resume reviews.
• Clearly and accurately communicate the company’s employee value proposition to potential candidates.
• Clearly articulate the job duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, and opportunities for advancement within the company to all candidates.
• Present candidate profiles to hiring managers highlighting the candidates match for the role.
• Complete all new teammate surveys, assessments, and touchpoints during the first 6 months.
• Maintain appropriate levels of communication with hiring managers to provide candidate overview, update on hiring progress, a start date and/or issues.
• Set up and direct interviews remotely for all locations.
• Continually engage candidates as they move through the hiring steps ensuring that they have a clear understanding of their status and future steps.
• Create offer letters for candidates.
• Other duties as assigned by the Talent Acquisition Manager
