Job summary

BestDrive, a Continental subsidiary, is seeking an HR professional in Charlotte, NC to lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and training programs across multiple locations. You will partner with hiring managers, source and interview candidates, and manage offers while maintaining training records and reporting metrics.

The role emphasizes building strong relationships, ensuring a positive candidate and employee experience, and driving HR initiatives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required; equivalent combination accepted.
• 3–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple locations.
• Experience coordinating onboarding and employee training programs.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and MS Office suite.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience sourcing and interviewing candidates and managing offers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from requisition to offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and create recruiting strategies.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates; coordinate interviews and feedback.
• Prepare offers and manage pre-employment steps; maintain ATS data and metrics.
• Coordinate onboarding, training sessions, and keep training records up to date.
• Generate training reports and ensure compliance and audit readiness.
• Support HR projects and report on recruiting/training results.
