Qualifications

• Ability to interpret recruiting data and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Review applications, pre-screen candidates, and complete questionnaires.
• Source and engage qualified candidates through job boards and sourcing platforms.
• Coordinate and schedule on-site interviews while managing schedule conflicts.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, requisition details, and pipelines in the ATS.
• Track recruiting activity, prepare pipelines reports, and support data requests.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to maintain an efficient process.
• Support recruitment projects and process improvements aligned with HR objectives.
• Utilize AI-powered applications to improve sourcing, scheduling, and reporting.
