Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review applications, pre-screen, and schedule top talent for on-site interviews.
• Drive targeted sourcing initiatives across assigned locations to convert applicants into hires.
• Support recruiting projects and align HR initiatives with department OKRs.
• Deliver prompt, professional internal and external customer service.
• Leverage AI and modern sourcing platforms to optimize pipelines and reporting.

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator/ Senior Talent Acquisition Associate

Location: 9601 South Meridian Boulevard Englewood CO 80112

Duration: 3 Months with possibility of extension

Type: Contract

Pay Rate: $33/hr. on W2

• Review applications, complete pre-screening questionnaires, and schedule top talent for on-site interviews
• Drive targeted sourcing initiatives across assigned locations to convert high-quality applicants into

• Deliver exceptional internal and external customer service through rapid follow-through and prioritized urgency
• Leverage AI applications and modern sourcing platforms to optimize applicant pipelines and reporting
