Job summary

California Autism Center and Learning Group in the Central Valley is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to help build our exceptional team supporting children and families. You will partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager to manage full-cycle recruitment, candidate communications, interviews, onboarding, and orientation, ensuring accurate records and compliant processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; an Associate/Bachelor’s in HR, Psychology, or Business is a plus.
• At least 2 years of administrative, HR, or recruiting experience; full-cycle recruitment preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with HRIS/ATS platforms such as Paylocity or Greenhouse is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full-cycle recruitment including reviewing applications, communicating with candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews, onboarding and orientation.
• Maintain accurate, compliant candidate records in the ATS; manage interview notes and hiring status updates.
• Support offers, background checks, reference checks, and onboarding documentation; facilitate New Hire Orientations.
