This role provides administrative and coordination support to the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring a smooth, professional, and efficient recruiting experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers is essential.
• Comfortable using scheduling tools, shared calendars, and applicant tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule remote and in-person interviews for multiple departments.
• Manage candidate communication across email, text, and phone with confirmations and follow-ups.
• Prepare and distribute offer letters, background checks, and reference checks.
• Maintain candidate data and status in Greenhouse ATS.
• Partner with recruiters to complete interviews, feedback, and next steps promptly.
• Track interview pipelines and help candidates move through stages efficiently.
• Assist with metrics tracking and TA reporting for performance and compliance.
• Serve as a point of contact for scheduling logistics with hiring managers.
• Contribute to process improvements for efficiency and candidate experience.
