This role provides critical administrative and coordination support to the Talent Acquisition (TA) team, ensuring a smooth, professional, and efficient recruiting experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with high hiring volume. You'll be the central link between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers—keeping every stage of the process running seamlessly.
Partner with recruiters to ensure all interviews, feedback, and next steps are completed in a timely manner.
Track interview pipelines and ensure candidates move efficiently through each stage.
Serve as a point of contact for hiring managers regarding scheduling logistics and coordination.
Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
