Qualifications

• Experience coordinating high-volume recruiting operations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with ATS (Greenhouse) and scheduling tools.
• Excellent communication with candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate remote and in-person interviews for multiple departments.
• Manage candidate communications via email, text, and phone.
• Assist with offer letters, background checks, and reference checks.
• Maintain candidate data in Greenhouse ATS.
• Track interview pipelines and move candidates through stages.
• Provide TA metrics tracking and reporting.
