Job summary

Mako Industries is seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support the hiring process from outreach through onboarding. The role covers industrial, commercial, skilled trades, and administrative positions, coordinating interviews and candidate communication.

The ideal candidate will be bilingual (English/Spanish), highly organized, and capable of managing multiple openings in a fast-paced environment while ensuring a professional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recruiting, HR, administrative, or coordination experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS); familiarity with Paycom and Paylocity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain consistent and professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Assist with recruiting for industrial, commercial, skilled trades, and administrative positions.
• Post job openings on job boards, social media, internal platforms and other channels.
• Review resumes and assist with sourcing and screening candidates.
• Identify candidates with relevant industrial, mechanical, electrical, construction, and administrative experience.
• Prepare interview materials and maintain information in the ATS.
• Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and onboarding documentation.
