Job summary

Goosehead Insurance is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to serve as a key extension of the VP, Talent Acquisition. The role provides high-impact administrative and operational support to keep a fast-paced TA function running smoothly in a growth-oriented environment.

You will act as a central point of coordination across agency recruiting, corporate recruiting, sourcing, onboarding, and recruiting operations, ensuring alignment and timely follow-through on priorities set by TA leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive administrative support to the VP, Talent Acquisition, including calendars, meetings, travel, and events.
• Coordinate communications and align priorities across agency, corporate recruiting, sourcing, onboarding, and operations.
• Draft and format correspondence, presentations, and department communications for TA leadership.
• Maintain recruiting metrics and dashboards to support leadership decisions.
• Assist with meetings logistics, notes, and action item follow-up.
