Job summary

Goosehead Insurance in the United States is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to source top talent for a rapidly growing organization. You will manage full cycle recruiting from initial interview to start date and help meet quarterly hiring goals.

This role involves hiring across departments, campus recruitment, referrals, and social media outreach. The compensation includes base salary plus a quarterly bonus, with potential for promotions and annual increases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or preferred with 3.0 GPA.
• 1–2 years of high-quality, high-volume recruiting is a plus but not required.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and qualify high-quality candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, campus recruiting, and outreach.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting from initial interview to start date.
• Achieve quarterly hiring goals and contribute to team success.
• Assist with marketing, social media, and campus events as needed.

Our compensation package consists of a base salary and quarterly bonus.
