Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and a 3.0 GPA preferred.
• 1–2 years of high-volume recruiting is a plus but not required.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, identifying, and qualifying candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, campus recruitment.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting from interview to start date.
• Deliver on quarterly hiring goals.
• Contribute to team success in meeting company hiring goals.
• Assist with marketing, social media, admin duties, and campus events.
