Beacon Hill Staffing Group in Hartford, CT is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a contract role. You will coordinate high-volume interview scheduling for internal and external candidates, partnering with recruiters, hiring managers, and administrators to keep calendars aligned and candidates informed.

The role is a Monday–Friday, 40-hour week at $21.50 per hour, with an estimated three-month assignment and potential extension.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; college degree is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of related work experience.
• Experience coordinating interviews, meetings or scheduling activities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Professional demeanor and strong customer service when interacting with candidates and staff.
• Basic Excel and Outlook experience; Workday or ATS experience a plus.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and schedule high-volume interviews for internal and external candidates.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and staff to align calendars and scheduling needs.
• Greet visitors and new hires, providing a professional welcoming impression.
• Monitor shared inboxes and respond to scheduling requests.
• Support interview scheduling for mid-level roles and coordinate manager availability.
• Contribute to Talent Acquisition initiatives as needed.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
