R.H. White Construction is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support and execute recruiting across construction, field operations, and administrative roles.

The role involves phone screens, interview coordination, and maintaining accurate ATS/HRIS records to support both project-based and corporate hiring needs. You will participate in sourcing activities using job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter, ensuring timely communications with candidates and hiring managers while upholding company

Qualifications

• 2-year degree in Business, Human Resources or related discipline preferred, or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum of three years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, recruiting, staffing, or workforce coordination.
• Solid working knowledge of employment laws, recruiting best practices, and compliant hiring processes.
• Proficiency with ATS, HRIS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, and MS Office.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-division environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills with the ability to deliver a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and successful completion of background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Supports and executes recruiting activities for assigned requisitions across construction, field operations, and admin/professional roles.
• Reviews applications and resumes, conducts phone screens, and assesses candidate qualifications.
• Coordinates interviews with hiring managers, project teams, and HR partners.
• Maintains timely, professional communication with candidates to support a positive experience.
• Supports sourcing efforts using job boards, referrals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and career fairs.
