R.H. White Construction & Service Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support recruiting across construction, field operations, and admin departments.

The role is hands-on, focusing on screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding in a fast-paced, multi-division setting. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR partners, maintaining candidate communication and ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree preferred, or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum of three years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, recruiting, staffing, or workforce coordination.
• Solid knowledge of employment laws, recruiting best practices, and compliant hiring processes.
• Proficiency with ATS, HRIS, and recruiting technologies like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and job boards.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to safety policies and employment regulations.
• Supports and executes recruiting for multiple divisions and roles.
• Reviews applications, conducts phone screens, and assesses qualifications.
• Coordinates interviews with hiring managers and HR partners.
• Maintains timely communication to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintains ATS/HRIS records and staffing metrics.
• Supports pre-employment and onboarding processes.
