ECS Group of Companies is seeking an organized Recruiting Coordinator to support day-to-day recruiting coordination across divisions in Austin, TX. You will post jobs, prescreen candidates, schedule interviews, and maintain ATS records as part of our growing talent team.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years related experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years related experience.
• 2–3 years recruiting support or HR experience preferred.
• ATS experience (iCIMS preferred).
• High school diploma or GED; BS preferred.
• Driver's license if driving for ECS subsidiary.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Experience in professional services, engineering, or similar industries.
• Experience building talent pipelines and sourcing lists.
• Familiar with recruiting workflows and offer letter processes.
• Able to work in teams or independently.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiters with day-to-day recruiting coordination activities.
• Manage and maintain hourly job openings across divisions.
• Post, update, and remove job advertisements on platforms and internal systems.
• Conduct initial resume reviews and prescreening.
• Assist with scheduling interviews and candidate communications.
• Build candidate pipelines and recruiting spreadsheets/databases.
• Source and organize passive candidate leads for current and future hiring needs.
• Maintain ATS candidate records.
• Process internal offer letters; assist with external letters.
• Assist onboarding coordination and pre-employment documentation with HR.
• Ensure recruiting documentation stays organized and compliant.
• Support recruiting reporting and metrics as requested.
• Communicate professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
• Provide general recruiting and admin support to improve efficiency.
• Other duties as assigned.
