DRW in Chicago seeks a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to manage interview coordination for internal recruiters, support recruiting operations, and ensure smooth communication with candidates and stakeholders. You will handle scheduling, logistics, data entry, and travel arrangements to create a positive candidate experience.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in scheduling/coordination or HR admin, strong organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with ATS (Greenhouse) and HR systems

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of administrative experience in a corporate office setting.
• Experience in scheduling, coordination, or administrative roles within HR, recruiting, or talent acquisition preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service focus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with ATS and Microsoft Outlook; comfortable with spreadsheets.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams across departments with timely coordination.
• Interface with candidates, coworkers, hiring managers, and vendors to schedule and manage interviews.
• Monitor virtual and on-site interviews and communicate with interviewers and recruiters to ensure a smooth experience.
• Coordinate interview logistics including virtual and onsite scheduling and technical interviews.
• Monitor recruiting ATS (Greenhouse) and HR system (Workday) for processes and data accuracy.
• Maintain interview schedules using internal tools and ensure data integrity for reporting.
• Provide administrative support to recruiting and talent operations teams; assist with data entry and calendar management.
• Assist candidates with expense reimbursement and travel arrangements.
• Manage job description repository and ensure up-to-date documentation.
• Support Super Day logistics and event coordination, including occasional weekend availability.
