Job summary

KIOXIA America, Inc. is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for a four-month assignment to support talent acquisition and onboarding processes.

You will help manage job postings, coordinate interviews, prepare offers, and conduct background checks while handling candidate data across SmartRecruiters and HubSpot. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in HR or related field and 2–4 years of experience, with strong communication, confidentiality, and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 2–4 years of related experience.
• Experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator.
• Familiar with ATS (SmartRecruiters is a plus) and resume databases.
• Experience with high-volume scheduling.
• Experience using professional social networks (LinkedIn).
• Proficient with computers and MS Office applications.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.
• Team and independent work capability.

Responsibilities

• Identify the company's hiring needs and manage the hiring process.
• Oversee the hiring process, coordinating job posts, onsite and virtual interviews, offers, and background checks.
• Track, maintain, and upload candidate data in SmartRecruiters and HubSpot.
• Assist onboarding activities including training and paperwork.
• Generate Verification of Employment letters as needed.
• Provide additional administration and coordination support as needed.
