Job Summary

A new Temp-to-Hire opportunity is available for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator in Chatsworth, CA. This role is ideal for an HR professional with hands‑on experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, employee coordination, payroll‑related updates, and HR reporting in a fast‑paced business environment.

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will work closely with HR personnel and hiring managers to help move candidates through the hiring process efficiently while supporting a positive employee experience. This is a strong opportunity to join a collaborative HR team where organization, communication, attention to detail, and follow‑through are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with posting job advertisements, reviewing candidate activity, and conducting initial phone screens.
• Coordinate interviews with HR personnel, hiring managers, and candidates.
• Prepare recruiting reports, spreadsheets, metrics, and HR presentations as requested.
• Support candidate onboarding, employee offboarding, new hire orientation, and training coordination.
• Assist with payroll processing tasks, including reviewing time sheets and employee status changes.
• Help employees with benefits enrollment and general HR process questions.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay Rate: $27 to $32 per hour.
• Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire.
• Location: Chatsworth, CA.
