The Stevens & Lee Companies in Princeton, NJ is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to manage full-cycle recruitment and create a seamless candidate experience. You will identify, attract, and engage top talent for a range of roles, ensuring a strong pipeline and effective sourcing strategies.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment, and demonstrates excellent communication and organizational skills

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent to meet the firm's hiring needs. The ideal candidate will have experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes and a passion for creating a seamless candidate experience.

Location: Princeton, NJ
Salary Range: The estimated hourly rate range for this position is $25/hr - $35/hr. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
