Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking a Recruiting Support Specialist to handle behind-the-scenes execution, coordination and delivery of recruiting services for clients and customers. You will schedule interviews, assist with candidate travel, monitor background checks, and drive onboarding from acceptance to the first week.

You will manage talent files and ensure I-9 compliance. The role requires strong attention to detail, 2+ years in interview coordination and I-9 processing, and familiarity with

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience coordinating interviews.
• 2+ years experience processing I-9 forms.
• BrassRing and Leo system experience is plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve with candidates.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Schedules/interviews for hiring organizations.
• Coordinates candidate travel when necessary.
• Monitors completion of background investigations and pre-employment requirements.
• Executes employee onboarding from acceptance through first week report-to-work date.
• Maintains talent acquisition files for transactional occurrences.
• Ensures I-9 completions for all new hires.
• Provides support for ad hoc business needs.
• Coordinates interviews with Managers SAP and Eightfold.
• Integrates (onboarding) candidates.
• Audits requests for errors.
