  • Workday experience is a plus
Job Roles

TALENT ACQUISITION COORDINATOR

  • Conduct and coordinate pre-boarding and onboarding activities
  • Manage confidential documents
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations in pre-boarding and onboarding
  • Manage communications related to pre-boarding and onboarding
  • Ensure new hires submit all required documents prior to start date
  • Support the organization’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives
  • Review and recommend process improvements for onboarding efficiency and effectiveness
  • Participate in recruiting activities as directed by the Talent Acquisition Director
  • Coordinate and assist with TA projects and hiring events
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance in all processes
  • Prioritize workload to meet deadlines
  • Provide reports on onboarding activities
  • Maintain up-to-date onboarding documentation focusing on compliance
  • Perform other duties as assigned
