You work in Mondelēz International Digital Services, coordinating your duties to support service operations. In this role, you collaborate with colleagues to ensure process adherence and proper documentation.
How you will contribute
Upon receiving requests relevant to your responsibilities, you will review and coordinate responses, communicate progress to clients, schedule meetings as needed, and ensure service quality. Strong technical writing skills are essential for documenting processes and following up on downstream activities. Additionally, you will manage documentation storage, ensure compliance with data privacy and legal standards, initiate and follow up on activities with third-party vendors, ensure data accuracy and timeliness, produce reports, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
