Job summary

Beacon Hill is seeking an Associate Consultant in the Chicago area to identify, interview, and qualify candidates for permanent roles with client organizations. You will engage by phone, email, and in person, coaching candidates through resumes, interviews, and post-interview steps while building a strong candidate-book of business.

You will spend days meeting with the team, posting jobs, and leveraging sourcing tools.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; day involves heavy outreach and relationship-building.
• Love for working with people and a high level of self-motivation.
• Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in matching candidates to roles.
• Competitive drive and willingness to advance through results and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, internet searches, referrals, and networking.
• Proactively contact candidates to establish a pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Interview prospective candidates and prep them for client interviews.
• Review resumes with clients, discuss needs, and conduct mock interviews.
• Deliver offers and manage the offer process; follow up with candidates on assignments.
