Job summary

Globalchannelmanagement is seeking an Talent Acquisition Consultant with 7+ years of experience to drive sales recruiting across nationwide markets. You will leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and proactive sourcing to build pipelines, engage passive candidates, and close top talent for sales roles in a fast-paced, healthcare-focused context.

Hybrid work arrangement with multiple US locations; you will influence senior leaders and collaborate with professional services teams to meet hiring objectives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Strong LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing experience with proactive strategies.
• Experience recruiting for sales organizations (20–25 sales professionals).
• Healthcare industry knowledge, especially health plans or benefits.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and candidate-closing skills.
• Ability to engage passive candidates and build talent pipelines.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and hiring managers.
• Agency recruiting experience in professional services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for sales teams across multiple locations.

Talent Acquisition Consultant needs 7 years' experience

Requires:

• Strong LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing experience, including creative and proactive sourcing strategies.
• Experience recruiting for sales organizations, ideally supporting teams of approximately 20-25 sales professionals.
• Professional services recruiting experience.
• Experience working for a competitor organization is highly preferred.
• Sales recruiting experience and the ability to understand the sales talent market.
• Healthcare industry knowledge, particularly exposure to organizations such as Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), UnitedHealthcare, and similar healthcare-related companies.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, influencing, negotiation, and candidate-closing skills.
• Ability to engage passive candidates, build talent pipelines, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• New York, NY, Chicago, IL, Houston, TX, Atlanta, GA , McLean, VA:
• Experience in hiring sales professionals and can demonstrate success in engaging and closing passive candidates
• Hybrid, 3 on, 2 off
• Sales recruiting experience and the ability to understand the sales talent market.
• Agency recruiting experience, combined with professional services, with a proven track record of successfully placing sales professional
