The Talent Acquisition Lead owns the performance, effectiveness, and scalability of the healthcare recruiting function. This seat is accountable for achieving hiring goals across high-volume and specialty healthcare positions through direct recruiting efforts, recruiter development, workforce planning support, process optimization, and strategic partnership with hiring leaders. The Lead Healthcare Recruiter ensures recruiting activities consistently deliver qualified talent, positive candidate experiences, and measurable staffing results that support organizational growth and operational success. Recruitment Team Performance and Hiring Outcomes: Recruitment objectives are achieved through effective oversight of requisition activity, recruiter performance, hiring priorities, and talent acquisition workflows. Open positions are filled within organizational expectations while maintaining quality-of-hire standards and supporting workforce needs. High-Volume and Specialty Healthcare Recruitment: Critical, high-volume, and hard-to-fill positions are successfully sourced, recruited, and filled through proactive talent acquisition strategies, strong market knowledge, and effective candidate engagement. Hiring Manager and Stakeholder Success: Hiring managers and organizational leaders receive consultative recruitment support, timely communication, labor market intelligence, and talent acquisition recommendations that improve hiring decisions, strengthen workforce planning, and support achievement of staffing objectives across high-volume and specialty healthcare positions. Strategic Talent Pipeline Management: Sustainable candidate pipelines are developed and maintained for current and future workforce needs through sourcing initiatives, talent community engagement, recruitment marketing, and workforce planning activities. Compensation Strategy and Labor Cost Alignment: Recruitment and workforce decisions support organizational labor cost objectives through proactive partnership with leadership, Human Resources, Finance, and stakeholders. Market intelligence, compensation trends, candidate expectations, and workforce supply data are leveraged to guide pay practices, hiring strategies, and position design, resulting in competitive talent acquisition outcomes that balance quality, retention, financial stewardship, and organizational goals. Recruitment Operations, Compliance, and Process Excellence: Recruiting processes, applicant tracking systems, documentation standards, onboarding coordination, and employment practices operate consistently, efficiently, and in compliance with organizational policies and applicable regulations. Continuous Improvement and EOS Performance: Recruiting performance improves through analysis of hiring metrics, process optimization, implementation of best practices, and attainment of measurables.
