Texas Health Resources seeks a Talent Acquisition Consultant (PRN) to lead recruitment for assigned service lines. You will define requisitions with hiring managers, source passive candidates, and manage candidate relationships from outreach through offers.

The role emphasizes strong service delivery and compliance within Texas Health Resources. The position requires 4 years of recruitment experience (with a Bachelor's) or 8 years without a degree, plus a Bachelor's in Business or HR preferred.

Competenze

4 years recruitment experience with a Bachelor's degree required or 8 years recruitment experience with no degree required
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or relevant field preferred.
4 years additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree required

Define each requisition with the hiring manager using the Discovery Meeting tool to understand real job needs and set realistic expectations
Assign incoming requisition to appropriate SLA through triaging requisitions
Coordinate with HR for offer approvals
