Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and up to one year of recruiting experience are required.
• Three years of recruiting and sourcing experience are preferred.
• Strong consulting, sourcing, collaboration and service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Champion best practices in Baylor’s recruiting, onboarding, and support of hiring managers.
• Assist hiring managers and search committees in identifying top talent using passive sourcing and proactive Talent Acquisition consultative skills.
• Serve as Talent Acquisition lead for 25-30 active searches.
• Advise applicants on position qualifications and materials; host new hire orientations.
