Job summary

Addition Management is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to orchestrate full-cycle recruiting across the Americas from our Chicago-area team. You will design targeted sourcing, build pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to align talent with business needs.

You will champion inclusive hiring, deliver an excellent candidate experience, and lead recruitment across multiple functions while maintaining rigorous data and process discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR or related field.
• 7–10+ years in talent acquisition.
• Experience in professional services, consulting, or executive search.
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient with Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

• Develop targeted sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and attract talent across the Americas.
• Conduct talent research, market mapping, and pipeline development to support current and future hiring needs.
• Build and maintain talent pools and provide relevant market insights to inform hiring decisions.
• Partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand business and hiring needs and drive successful recruitment outcomes.
• Champion an inclusive hiring process and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.
• Lead candidates through all stages of the hiring process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for candidates and stakeholders.
• Drive interview, hiring, and offer processes, ensuring all required steps are completed effectively and on time.
• Maintain accurate hiring data, documentation and reporting, and ensure recruitment records are up to date.
• Manage external recruitment partners where utilized, ensuring alignment with search requirements and RRA standards.
• Contribute to broader Talent Acquisition and People team priorities as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; concentration in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
• 7-10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including full-cycle recruiting and stakeholder partnership within a complex, fast-paced organization.
• Experience recruiting within professional services, consulting, or executive search
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills, with the ability to synthesize feedback and develop clear hiring recommendations.
• Proven experience partnering with and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency with Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
