Insight Global in Irving, TX is seeking a Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting across roles from C-suite to entry level. You will partner with leadership to fully understand each position, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and guide offers, onboarding paperwork, and candidate touchpoints through start date.

• Ability to prioritize and stay on task.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed for sourcing.

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting on roles anywhere from C-suite to entry level. You will interact with leadership on a daily basis to understand the position fully before using any avenues to source, screen, and set up interviews with candidates. You will also be responsible for extending offers, onboarding paperwork, and will have touchpoints with candidates up until their start date. This position will require you to be in office 5 days a week during normal business hours.
