Job summary

You will manage requisitions, post ads on LinkedIn and Indeed, conduct interviews via phone/video/in-person, and guide offers and onboarding to ensure a smooth start for new hires.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have a high-school diploma or GED; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally in healthcare.
• Proven ability to source passive candidates and build pipelines.
