Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-employment logistics from offer through onboarding.
• Prepare onboarding documents and employment documents.
• Serve as point of contact for new hires regarding documentation and questions.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems.
• Monitor pre-employment compliance: drug screenings, background checks, and required documentation.
• Coordinate certification records for technologists and monitor expiration dates.
• Generate reports and support HR initiatives as needed.
