Job summary

USA Clinics Group in Northbrook, IL is seeking an experienced Director of Talent Acquisition to lead nationwide recruiting efforts for a patient-centered healthcare network.

You will build scalable hiring processes, enhance candidate experiences, and develop employer brand initiatives while leading a high-performing recruiting team across multiple locations. A Bachelor's in HR is required; a Master's or SHRM certifications are preferred, with 8–10 years of TA experience including leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience building scalable hiring processes and candidate experiences.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment marketing.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet hiring needs.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of recruiters.
• Utilize data-driven metrics to monitor and improve recruitment processes.
