Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Contact prospective candidates by phone, text, and email.
• Conduct interviews and match candidates to available positions.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and pre-employment requirements.
• Manage multiple job orders and candidate pipelines at the same time.
• Support employee attendance, engagement, and retention.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting details in the applicant tracking system.
• Meet recruiting activity, placement, and retention goals.
• Support daily branch operations while handling changing priorities.
