Job summary

BHcare Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner in Connecticut to lead full-cycle recruitment for employees and interns, from sourcing through onboarding and pre-hire activities.

You will partner with managers to plan interviews, define role requirements, and align compensation with equity and compliance. The role requires at least one year of full-cycle recruiting experience, strong sourcing skills, and proficiency with ATS and HRIS systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR/Business/related field.
• At least 1 year of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and creating job postings for Indeed/LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Proficient with ATS, HRIS, and Microsoft 365.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel to BHcare locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for employees and interns from sourcing to onboarding and pre-hire activities.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview strategy, and compensation considerations.
• Create engaging job postings and source candidates through ATS, job boards, social media, networking, referrals, schools, job fairs, and events.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines by monitoring hiring trends, sourcing effectiveness, and candidate quality.
• Maintain timely candidate communication, ATS data accuracy, recruitment metrics, and compliant hiring practices.
