Carriage Services is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to manage full cycle recruiting for operations roles at our funeral homes and cemeteries, and to support corporate hiring. This role partners closely with location leadership and hiring managers, sources candidates actively, and keeps every requisition moving from intake through offer acceptance.

Requirements include 2–4 years in full cycle recruiting, a Bachelor's degree, and Workday familiarity.

Qualifikationen

• 2-4 years in full cycle recruiting, staffing, HR coordination or internal/corporate recruiting.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system and keeping records current; Workday experience highly preferred.
• Proficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn or Indeed and strong MS Office skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication representing Carriage professionally to every audience.

Aufgaben

• Manage full cycle recruiting for operations roles at our funeral homes and cemeteries.
• Support corporate recruiting at the associate and coordinator levels as assigned.
• Partner with hiring managers and location leadership to define role requirements, hiring criteria and timelines.
• Source candidates actively through LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and community channels.
• Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews and panels across locations.
