You'll work on-site three days weekly in SF or Palo Alto, shaping candidate experience, employer branding, and process improvements with the People Team. A strong background in life sciences is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as a strategic talent acquisition partner in life sciences.
• Proven success partnering with senior leaders on strategic hiring solutions and talent mapping.
• Skilled with AI or automation tools to elevate talent workflows.
• Strong data analytics, dashboards, and market intelligence.

Responsabilités

• Strategic Partner to leaders, shaping hiring strategies with data/analytics.
• Champion exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience across sourcing to onboarding.
• Identify external market insights to inform talent strategy and competitive trends.
• Pilot AI-enabled processes to improve efficiency in hiring and reduce manual tasks.
