Dispatch Biotherapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead how we attract, assess, and hire outstanding people who will help Dispatch to pursue its purpose.

You will own the entire hiring process and build a scalable recruiting function that aligns with our culture and growth. Reporting to the Chief People & Culture Officer, you will lead a small recruiting team, partner with external search firms and branding partners, and carry senior searches.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 10 years of recruiting experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences.
• Experience recruiting across scientific, clinical, technical operations, and corporate functions, including senior and executive-level searches.
• Experience building or scaling a talent acquisition function in startup or high-growth environments.
• Strong understanding of compensation, including base, bonus, and equity, with experience building competitive offers.
• Experience selecting and managing external partners and recruitment budgets.
• Hands-on experience with ATS (Greenhouse) and LinkedIn Recruiter; data-driven improvements.
• Collaborative, cross-functional leadership with ability to influence senior leaders.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

Aufgaben

• Own the full hiring process from application through offer acceptance, with a smooth handoff to People & Culture Operations for onboarding.
• Advise hiring managers on role definition, sourcing strategy, interview design, candidate evaluation, and hiring decisions.
• Develop structured interview guides, scorecards, and interviewer training to ensure fair, informed decisions.
• Create a thoughtful, timely candidate experience that reflects Dispatch's values.
• Adopt AI tools to speed recruiting while maintaining human judgment at the center.
• Identify talent for critical scientific, clinical, and technical roles and develop workforce plans.
• Lead employer brand strategy across careers page, LinkedIn, job postings, and channels.
• Develop competitive offers in collaboration with compensation and People & Culture Operations.
• Manage external partners (search firms, immigration counsel, LinkedIn, Greenhouse, branding partner) and recruiting budget.
• Own recruiting metrics in Greenhouse and report to leadership for continuous improvement.
• Ensure diverse hiring and compliance with laws in PA and CA.
