Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Sourcing and approaching passive candidates.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Own recruiting efforts for positions throughout Horizon, including skilled trades, field operations, service, sales, leadership, office, and other specialized positions.
• Actively search for candidates instead of relying only on incoming applications.
• Build and manage a long-term talent pipeline across departments and roles.
• Partner with department leaders to understand needs, success factors, and upcoming workforce needs.
• Explain Horizon's story to candidates and sell the opportunity while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
