Qualifications

• BA/BS with 5 to 10 years of relevant recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting mid to senior level roles in advertising.
• Experience with immigration/relocation and complex offers.
• Strong collaboration with stakeholders and hiring managers.
• Proven ability to find hard-to-find talent via LinkedIn and passive sourcing.
• Experience with Workday as ATS.

Responsibilities

• Lead full cycle recruiting for mid to senior level roles.
• Advise hiring managers and stakeholders in talent acquisition.
• Source, screen, and present pre-screened candidates.
• Negotiate offers and close candidates in a competitive market.
• Promote diversity in recruitment and candidate outreach.
• Leverage data to build effective relationships and hiring strategies.
