Qualifications

• Ability to manage 20+ requisitions concurrently
• Experience recruiting for immigration and relocation scenarios

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior level roles in the advertising space.
• Advise hiring managers and HR teams, guiding talent acquisition strategies.
• Screen, source, and present top candidates with accurate write-ups.
• Negotiate offers and close candidates in competitive markets.
• Ensure high-touch candidate experience throughout the process.
• Leverage data and insights to improve stakeholder relationships.
