Job Title: Talent Acquisition Associate (1-year Fixed Term Contract)

As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will be responsible for conducting end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned requisitions, supporting specific client groups. This is a one-year fixed-term contract.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing the full recruitment cycle for requisitions, including intake meetings, sourcing, testing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
• Supporting HR colleagues with sourcing for hard-to-fill manufacturing roles
• Advising hiring managers on talent acquisition strategies
• Creating offer packages and coordinating background checks
• Representing IKO professionally and ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Performing additional duties as assigned

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• At least 1 year of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Experience with social media recruiting; familiarity with Workday is an asset

Work Authorization and Travel:

• Willingness to travel up to 20%
