Ce rôle à distance requiert un engagement dans le recrutement complet, visant à attirer et évaluer les meilleurs talents tout en gérant diverses initiatives de recrutement. Les candidats idéaux auront 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en recrutement, avec des compétences solides en communication et en organisation. Qualifications

• 3-5 ans d'expérience en recrutement complet.
• Expérience dans les secteurs sportif, divertissement, hôtellerie ou services professionnels est un plus.
• Capacité à travailler des heures flexibles et à voyager si nécessaire.

Responsibilities

• Construire des relations avec les candidats et les managers de recrutement.
• Collaborer pour rédiger/modifier des descriptions de poste et gérer les publications.
• Maintenir le Système de Suivi des Candidats (ATS) et aider les managers de recrutement.

Talent Acquisition Associate

While this role is remote candidates must be on EST or CST.

This is a temporary role.

Role Overview: The Talent Attraction Partner supports the Talent Attraction Manager in full-cycle recruitment across various business functions. This role focuses on sourcing, attracting, evaluating, and hiring top talent, while managing daily recruitment tasks and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with candidates and hiring managers to meet staffing needs.
• Provide a positive candidate experience with clear communication.
• Collaborate with hiring teams to write/edit job descriptions and manage postings.
• Source diverse candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
• Conduct phone screenings, interviews, and reference checks.
• Maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and assist hiring managers.
• Track recruitment metrics and assist with marketing materials.
• Help with staffing for new venue openings and job fairs.
• Support recruitment strategies and additional projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience in sports/entertainment, hospitality, or professional services is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS/HRIS systems (Ultipro preferred).
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
• Collaborative and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
