Talent Acquisition Associate (Remote)

What are we looking for?

We aim to grow our Talent Acquisition team, which is crucial to Avomind’s success. You will support this team at the heart of our operations, shaping our future.

Daily responsibilities include:

  • Contributing to outbound and inbound recruitment strategies in collaboration with management.
  • Conducting direct sourcing via channels like LinkedIn, Xing, GitHub, and Google X-Ray.
  • Screening candidates and assessing their fit for roles.
  • Managing interview logistics with candidates alongside Project and Client Managers.
  • Advising managers on candidate landscape and trends.
  • Ensuring excellent candidate experience to build your reputation.
  • Collaborating with our talented team.

Ideal candidate profile:

  • At least 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in an agency or sales environment.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.
  • Goal-oriented with a growth mindset.
  • Team-oriented and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
